Marinated chicken wings with sauce and special flour that’s fully vacuum sealed separately to preserve the flavor and avoid accumulation of bacteria. Keep frozen until ready to use. 1. Coat marinated Chicken Wings with cornstarch. Shake off excess.
2. Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium heat. Add the wings and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning a few times. Remove from wings from oil and drain the excess oil from the wings.
3. Re-fry the wings in the same frying pan on high heat. Cook for another 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Re-heat the sauce in the pan or microwave for 5 minutes. Add the hot chicken wings. Mix well until wings are fully coated in sauce.
